2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • contact form – to respond to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller),
  • newsletter – to send you commercial and educational information after you give your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • statistics and analytics (Google Analytics) – to improve the website’s performance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Data Recipients

Your data may be transferred to entities processing data on my behalf, in particular:

  • the newsletter system provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS),
  • hosting and IT service providers,
  • analytics providers (e.g. Google Ireland Limited).

4. Data Retention Period

  • Contact form data – kept for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and then for up to 12 months.
  • Newsletter data – until you withdraw your consent.
  • Analytics data – in accordance with Google Analytics’ retention policy, but no longer than 26 months.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw your consent (for the newsletter) at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

6. Voluntary Nature of Providing Data

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the indicated purposes (e.g. I cannot reply to your message without your e-mail address).
